General Muhammadu Buhari, has consolidated his
win in the presidential election with victory in
Sokoto State.
Buhari won the state with 671,926 votes, while
President Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples
Democratic Party scored 152,199 votes.
With the announcement of the result from Sokoto
State, only Delta and Borno States are outstanding.
