All glory, honour and adoration to God Almighty for the beginning of this tenure of the student union government. God owns the union and that is why, He will forever be praised. We pray that his grace will be sufficient for this administration.
The school management did more than their best in order to ensure the commencement of another tenure, which EKSUITES appreciates. It was possible due to effort of our amiable Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Oladipo Aina and our ever gallant D.S.A, Prof. I. G. Adanlawo, which reflected in the peaceful conduct and transparency of the election. Their effort was not restricted to the election alone but also to the inauguration ceremony that took place 22nd of July, 2015. All these we appreciate and we pray God Almighty continue to strengthen you and also make us do you proud.
EKSUITES at large have been so wonderful, your support, love and prayers added to our success will forever be remembered and will also elevate that zeal, passion and interest we have in us to agitate for the right of Nigerian students.
I will say with all boldness and peace of mind that this Oladimeji Ibrahim Adebayo (PRODIGY) led administration will perform beyond expectation by doing more than our best to ensure maximum welfarism of EKSUITES. There are challenges confronting EKSUITES presently, which must be given immediate attention. They include:
- Closure of school portal that needs to be reopened.
Writing three papers per day during examination and also constraint of time.
- Mass failure in ESC examination and how it will not affect final year students.
All this we look forward to achieve this week by God's grace and we believe in God for wisdom so as to be successful in this constructive struggle.
Dear EKSUITES, you have given us your mandate and to this end, we will not settle for less not until your maximum satisfaction is attained, not until we are free from the hands of the oppressors, not until the rate of spill over students produced every academic session is reduced and not until periodic strike is put to an end. Freedom comes only by struggle. So therefore, I beseech us to embrace unity, love and peace for us to always come out victorious in every struggle.
