Electoral Commission.
The Certificate of Return is the evidence that a
candidate for any election had been duly certified
elected by INEC.
The Chairman of INEC, Prof. Attahiru Jega, will
present the certificate to Buhari at the headquarters
of the Commission in Abuja.
The ceremony has been fixed for 2pm. It was initially fixed for 11am.
After receiving the certificate, General Buhari is
expected to address Nigerians.
A world press conference has been scheduled for
immediately after the certificate presentation.
